Applying the evidence base of Health Psychology and using Health Psychology models can be applied for helping you lose weight and maintaining this weight loss for great results!

Lots of people struggle with keeping their weight under control and if people lose weight, they struggle with maintaining their weight loss.

At Redesigning Health:
