Currently, my client work involves delivering one to ones and groups interventions to individuals for promoting healthy behaviour and supporting lifestyle interventions such as weight management and giving up smoking and more recently working in private practice.

When not at work, I love spending time with my family and keeping fit and healthy by running around after my two little boys age five and seven.
Ethos
At Redesigning for Health all aspects of my work apply the Health Psychology evidence base of Health Psychology with therapeutic tools and Behavioural techniques such as Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive approaches to support people changing their behaviour. I firmly believe in creating personalised, tailored and structured interventions for training and client work. After all, we are all different with our beliefs and attitudes that have developed and maintained our lifestyles.
I am passionate and enthusiastic about maximising people’s abilities to change their health related behaviours for a better quality of life for them and their families. Most importantly I can offer you a personalised approach in all aspects of the service.
